TERA Online: Avatar Weapon Relic Levels, Shard Tiers and Location

Avatar Weapons are special weapons that can be crafted by collecting a number of relic pieces. Each Avatar Weapon has its own required relic pieces in order to be crafted/acquired.

Seren's Relic added to the Avatar relics that can be acquired.
Seren's Relic requires 5 pieces to craft.

Upon reaching level 16, "Arms of the Avatar" quest will flash on the screen and will also appear on the quest tracker list. This will be automatically added by the game without any player interaction with any npc.
