TERA Online: Avatar Weapon Relic Levels, Shard Tiers and Location

Avatar Weapons are special weapons that can be crafted by collecting a number of relic pieces. Each Avatar Weapon has its own required relic pieces in order to be crafted/acquired.

Seren's Relic added to the Avatar relics that can be acquired.
